- Upper Age Limit: 25 Years

- At least Second Class 16 Years of Education Degree
- English Shorthand/Typing Speed 60/40 Words Per Minute.
- Six Months Diploma/Certificate in IT
- Maximum Age Limit: 25 Years
Section Officer
- 2nd Class 16 Years of Education or 2nd Class LLB Degree
- The Maximum Age Limit is 25 Years
Translation Officer
- Minimum 16 Years of Education in English Language/Literature or Translation Studies
- Upper Age Limit: 25 Years
Assistant Private Secretary
- Second Class Bachelor’s Degree (14 Years of Education)
- English Shorthand/Typing Speed 60/40 Words Per Minute.
- Six Months Diploma/Certificate in IT
